About:

Arrow was rescued from Kosciuszko National Park in July 2023 along with Sivlia, Milagro, Yenna and Murphy.  She is cautious, sweet and wonderful to work with as she’s a real problem solver.  She would like an experienced and loving home for her and her foal (yet to be born) so she can continue to learn and come out of her shell.

 

Training:

Arrow is light in the halter and responsive to cues to move forwards and backwards with a soft flex turning both ways.  She has been groomed and had all hooves trimmed and filed.  In the coming weeks she will be washed, taken for walks and have practice being tied up.

 

Health issues:

Arrow will be paste-wormed, microchipped and vaccinated shortly.  She is an estimated 9 months pregnant and cannot be rehomed until she and her foal are ready.
