ABOUT

Clancy was rescued in November 2020 with Valentine, Bondo and Wispa, from Bago state forest.  Clancy and Valentine were adopted early 2021 to a lovely mother and daughter living happily with them having freedom and lots of affection. Sadly 5 years later their circumstances changed and they were no longer able to care for them.

As part of our adoption agreement, if they could not find a good home for them together then they would come back to us.

So in 2025, Clancy and Valentine were returned to MBS.  It was very timely for Fleck as his paddock mate, Buster had just been adopted, so he was on his own.  All the 'boys' have been getting on famously ever since!

 

You may have been following Clancy's journey with us, after having an abscess in his eye.  It was a long journey of love care and commitment from our volunteers and thankfully, Clancy's eye was saved!

They are very affectionate and enjoy a good rub from the volunteers! These boys are now at a perfect age to become riding horses, and we hope they will find their forever home soon.
