Valentine was rescued in November 2020, with Clancy, Bondo and Wispa, from Bago State Forest.

Valentine and Clancy were adopted together in early 2021 to a lovely mother and daughter and lived happily with them, having freedom and lots of affection. Sadly 5 years later their circumstances changed and they were no longer able to care for them.

As part of our adoption agreement, if they could not find a good home for them together then they would come back to us.  So both Valentine and Clancy were returned in 2025.

As it happened, this was very timely for Fleck as his paddock mate, Buster had just been adopted and he was on his own.  The 'boys' get along famously and enjoy chasing each other around the paddock 🐎

They are very affectionate and enjoy a good rub from the volunteers! These boys are now at a perfect age to become riding horses, and we hope they will find their forever home soon.
